Chef Michael Quinn is course leader on the BA Culinary Arts Degree, he has been lecturing at WIT for the past 7 years. He trained under Myrtle Allen in Ballymaloe and has worked in Michelin stared restaurants in London and Belfast. Michael was head chef at Waterford Castle for 16 years before joining WIT.
